Please fix dll files. I have W8.1 PE 64bit, and running Skype, but error message: Cannot load the DLL (phd.dll).
If go to System32 then i found this file.... file is here.
I downloaded many version this file from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?pdh but ended same error.
Where problem? How I can fix it?

How I can fix it?

2 things,
if SykPE is 32bit, check phd.dll at ..\SysWOW64\ folder

And
phd.dll may need other things to work properly, check with Process Monitor, a plugin already exists:
Apps\System Tools\Debug\Sysinternals Process Monitor

Overall:
There is no Skype plugin available, nobody interested in such thing so far, if you like to have one you need to work on it

Miranda is a portable application,
Such "portable" applications runs on PE easly, mostly by only adding missing files, mostly some dll .

Skype probably more complicated,
As I already wrote,
you need to work on it, spend time, to figure out, probably using Process Monitor

That is the reason we include Process Monitor plugin at all projects
So end user have the power tool to work on such tasks easly with an available plugin for Process Monitor

If you succeed, let all others know your findings
