...to support Flash, PDF and Java.

Normally, if you install 32-bit FF in 64-bit Win(10?)PE you get this:

According to my board research, this is unsolved yet. To make matters worse, one get no detailed information, what is meant with XPCOM.
But, by chance I discovered the "solution". It must have something to do with associations; and FF can't set them correctly in PE.
First try: Using additional PaleMoon plugin in BuilderSE - unsuccess.
Second try: Using additional Java plugin - not tested yet.
Third try: Using additional PaleMoon + Java - not tested yet.

You may open this test site: Testseite um Festzustellen, ob bei Dir die Komponenten für Flash, PDF-Dateien & Java funktionieren

As discribed in Java plugin http://theoven.org/index.php?topic=1617.0 - all 3 to be tested components functioned already with Firefox on a Win10PE.

Corrupt? downloadlink
There is no such download link,
neither at Yomi index nor at \Downloads\AppYGS\Networks\Mozilla FireFox.....

Edit:
figured out what you really mean, \Downloads\ package updated ('Plugin Link Organisations' -> Update )

URL's for testing; do not respect them
Test online Flash,Java and PDF )
HTML5 Audio Formats Test (results: Opus Audio, WebM Audio, Ogg Vorbis, wave" file - ok)
Flash Player Audio Test If you hear this insect chorus, you have the correct version of Flash installed.
If the audio fails to play, open the Flash Player Settings Manager and select the Global Storage Settings Panel

-very hot!- Temporary notes; do not respect them: [FF_(L) with NOT marked FlashCheckBox v43] + 32-bit Java plugin + Add Flash plugin
- disabled Flash Protected Mode Settings on Firefox;
- added exception for http://www.siralfonso.de/st/TestJava/TestseiteFlash,JavaPDF.htm in Java Control Panel;
 => from now on, Firefox shows all 3: A. Flash video/sound, Java and HTML5-PDF
 => from now on, Firefox plays YT with HTML5-Player; (a switch is necessary; see details below)
- FF-settings: /data protection --> 'Create browser history'  stores from now on typed URL's;
- Enable SumatraPDF plugin
- installed FF addon YouTube™ Flash HTML; easily switch between Flash and HTML5 on YT site.

Actually... Firefox needs the Windows Media Foundation to decode H.264.
If it doesn't work on any site, do you maybe have an N or KN version of Windows that doesn't have the Media Feature Pack bundled in?
Please see: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48231 (for Win10 64-bit I choose Windows10-KB3010081-x64.msu ~113MB)

For my safety  :confused:, Firefox has sometime disabled the v19 Flash addon. We need a Flash Plugin update. (v20.0.0.286)

Native OS: Windows 10 Pro & 32-bit FF v43.0.1 & v44. Enable all video codecs on Firefox (MSE & h.264, Media Source Extensions, MSE & WebM VP9, h.264)  YT-link to example videoclip
Firefox config: about:config
media.mediasource.enabled = true
media.mediasource.mp4.enabled = true
media.mediasource.webm.enabled = true
media.fragmented-mp4.enabled = true
media.fragmented-mp4.ffmpeg.enabled = true
media.fragmented-mp4.gmp.enabled = false
media.fragmented-mp4.use-blank-decoder = false

Check: HTML5-Videoplayer von YouTube  ==> ila_rendered
URL deleted Consider 3 different videos (simultaneously) H.264/MP4 + WebM + Ogg/Theora ==> ila_rendered
^^attention, maybe this site compromise you! On first click - opens not the videoclip, doubtful deals instead.

Native OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit: Browser comparison:

European users install first Media Feature Pack: (disadvantage: Can't select individual codecs; must install the hole package as it is)
KB3099229_x64.msu (works with the 1511 update)
Message,"Pls: Do it at your own responsibility! Because this Feature Pack can't be uninstalled. I've read of massive problems, if installation fails (so far unrecognized Windows problems). Some people report, they had to have to contact MS Hotline - or: First completely delete Win 10 and then new installtion of Win 10",1
Wait,3600

or
Windows10-KB3010081-x64.msu (installed)

For example, a nice YT-link: Planet Earth: Amazing nature scenery (1080p HD)
Mozilla Firefox 43 32-bit
Firefox v43 <-> about:config -> boolean 'media.webm.enabled' manually set to false; but there's also a FF-plugin (switcher)

ila_rendered

Internet Explorer 11
IE11 <-> No further specific settings; besides the previously installed Media Foundation (amongst other things, the MP4/H264) codec pack.

ila_rendered

Linux: Firefox: Videos in H.264
Linux Mint/Mageia and Firefox <-> about:config -> 'media.gstreamer.enabled' => true

==================================
"Translate" the above^^ to Win10PESE. Have a new try + Windows10-KB3010081-x86.msu (Windows Media Foundation x86, -> video codecs for Cisco FF-H.264-plugin)

Sorry, but you seem not willing to follow the plugin...

There is a checkbox to add "Flash Player Browser Plugin"

The "Java" plugin is of your own creation..

And you write very hard to follow theories of evolution..

@KYHI
There isn't any Flash CheckBox. Downloaded elder one from Yomi has flashcheckbox. But this is not the point! Given that we already have a ready-for-use Flash Script - I assumed that we don't need twice CheckBoxes* Do not understand my personal links in above post as a criticism. I test with them a couple of browsers; among the rest, IE, Linux, also.
Your script rocks! Nearby: And it solves the (my) XPCOM issue, too. In online Win10PE I can now install various FF with setup.exe. I only have come not in addition yet, to list the favorable side effects...
