I'm sick of them and have blocked these two addresses also now. Just far too many connections coming in from them. I take them to be bots.

Block rest

Reason behind:
When automatic downloader of this Idiot fail
He will change used IP ( IP Header , first 3) --> we will face same thing again
With this solution hopefully automatic downloader of this Idiot will not fail but only slow down.
Since Idiot have no rush to read forum but only auto download with a schedule, I hope this will provide a permanent solution.

Yep, that's because I blocked them. 

I confess I don't know how to limit connections via the .htaccess file, only block.

 I guess again somebody downloading forum with IP 114.119.x.x (According to ip Singapore !)

Now:   842 Guests, 2 Users

2 days ago ( 2020-01-12 ): 1189

Ok, I added the address, so numbers should hopefully drop.

I don't live in a bushfire area so I'm ok. The fires have been over a big area and quite large. Compounded by droubt.
