I faced with a strange behaviour of Winbuilder in my projects: after downloading updates form w7pese.cwcodes.net some unexpected changes are seen:

1) all tweaks are disabled, despite some of them were enabled before the upodate
2) a new "Tweaks" folder is displayed in the tree containing Korean_IME.script (though I never download it)
3) some "ghost" scripts are displayed under "File Tasks" - Q-Dir_Nenad and Total Commander, though I never download them. But these scripts exist in the file system, their size is 26 bytes.
5) the 7-ZIP file Manager script is disabled

The most annoying is the issue with Tweaks and 7-ZIP. After each update I have to enable those scripts manually.
Can anybody help me with that?

First try using

"Utils\Update XXX (Exact and Secure)" -> 'Download and Copy'
to get latest plugins from server.

I've already tried this thing. However, the issue persists. More, I don't like the "Update XXX (Exact and Secure)" util 'case it deletes my scripts that are not included in the original project.

You must not put 3rd party plugins to project folder,
Maybe this is the reason of the winbuider bug you are dealing with.

the settings and selections you are getting with the plugins = the way the where uploaded to server...
So Yes, after an update you would have to go and change the selection and settings to your liking..

Hi, KYHI

bug above is "ghost plugins",
which is yet another known winbuilder bug ;)
Above should not happen when end user follow instructions.

But when end user do other things (like download button ;) )
Things like "Ghost Plugins" can happen

Still, I will try to provide a way to get rid of
this winbuilder bug of ghost plugins in far future.
Writing to my long to do list now  :great:

Now I use a workaround for those plugins that are disabled after download (7-ZIP, xCHM, etc.). I just moved them to custom folders.
