It looks like you downloaded Win8PE_SE and provides a Windows 8.1 media as source. This is not possible as Win8PE_SE only accepts Windows 8 RTM source. Yes, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 are different operating systems. Either you should provide a Windows 8 RTM source or download and use Win8.1_SE from the below link.
