Problems with Windows 7 64 bits

Problems with Windows 7 64 bit
 
I have found an error in the 64-bits Windows 7.

 In BGInfo,
 - BGInfo doesn´t display the IP Address field
 - BGInfo doesn´t display the custom fields in visual basic
 - BGinfo doesn´t display the field "File Time Stamp"

Programs developed in 32-bits with objects, It doesn´t work

and can you find which dll missing, maybe with
Apps\System Tools\Sysinternals Process Monitor

overall, it is not a problem of Win7PESE with 64 bits,
it is problem of bginfo plugin where it can be fixed easy if you can find which file(s) missing
