Hello 'ChrisR' Sir............

First tons of thanks for 'Win8.1SE'...........

I am unable to use 'Win8.1SE' because my all ISO's are currently of AIO ESD types. I highly need standalone 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' file. I want to use 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' with 'UED FORMAT.exe' and 'UEFI MULTI.exe' in order to make both 'Boot Manager' and 'Grub4dos' Menu on my Dual Partition Removable USB Drive to boot UEFI + BIOS directly from USB with Boot Manager Menu. i.e.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Boot UEFI + BIOS with 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' direct from Boot Manager Menu into RAMDISK
Boot UEFI - F12 - BIOS - Grub4dos - Easy2Boot + Win XP/7/8 VHD - Ramdisk
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you don't mind then please share a Resumable Download link of standalone 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' file with me. So that I can use both 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' and 'Easy2Boot' together in my USB Drive.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If possible then please add support of 'install.esd' in next version of 'Win8.1SE'
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Questions-

1- I have two Partition in my USB Drive named 'E2B Partition' and 'Data Partition' with following configuration-
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Partition 1 -  FAT32/NTFS - E2B Partition   -  Easy2Boot +  Required Boot Manager files with 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim'
Partition 2 -  FAT32/NTFS - Data Partition  -  Storage Purpose
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Will above configuration create both 'Boot Manager' and 'Grub4dos' Menu on my Dual Partition Removable USB Drive to boot UEFI + BIOS directly from USB with Boot Manager Menu ?

2- Will above configuration also Boot UEFI + BIOS with 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' direct from Boot Manager Menu into RAMDISK, when 'E2B Partition' be Hidden (Invisible to Windows) ?

i.e.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Partition 1 -  FAT32/NTFS - Data Partition  -  Storage Purpose
Partition 2 -  FAT32/NTFS - E2B Partition   -  Easy2Boot +  Required Boot Manager files with 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim'
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3- Will 'Win8.1UpdateSE_x86.iso' also boot in UEFI mode ?

Goal-

Actually I want to create a Dual Partition USB Drive so that It's 'E2B Partition' will be Hidden and 'Data Partition' will be visible in Windows. 'Easy2Boot files' must be within hidden 'E2B Partition', while 'Required Boot Manager files' and 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' can be within either 'E2B Partition' or 'Data Partition' so that USB Drive will show both 'Boot Manager' and 'Grub4dos' menu option during USB Booting .

'Boot Manager' menu entry should boot to 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' in both UEFI and BIOS mode while 'Grub4dos' menu entry should boot to 'Easy2Boot' in BIOS mode only.
i.e.
---------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------
Boot UEFI + BIOS with 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' direct from Boot Manager Menu into RAMDISK
Boot UEFI - F12 - BIOS - Grub4dos - Easy2Boot + Win XP/7/8 VHD - Ramdisk
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks in Advance

Hi

You can download "Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evaluation" fee from Microsoft official site.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/evalcenter/hh699156.aspx

All "WinPE_SE" projects are fully tested with Enterprise evaluation versions as source so you will be able to complete the build without much troubles.

Btw, we can't provide you a ready to use bootable WIM file of "WIn8.1-SE" as it is not allowed to redistribute WinPE according to Microsoft's license term. You can easily create your own customized "WinPE_SE" using the builder yourself.

First thanks for quick reply............

Actually I know I can download it from given download link..............

i.e.

"Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evaluation" fee from Microsoft official site.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/evalcenter/hh699156.aspx

But my problem is that I am a student in India and Here Internet is too costly and speed is also too poor . I can not afford to download large files of >3GB. I have already downloaded Win 8.1 AIO ESD ISOs. But currently ESD ISOs are not supported by 'Win8.1SE'. It why I am requesting for standalone 'Win8.1Update_x64_boot.wim'.........

I have to wait about 1 month in order to download  "Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evaluation" . By the way I have to manage it by any other way.

What about my remaining problem..............?

thanks

Hello Everyone.............

Please check following discussion in 'reboot.pro' too. And please try to help me................

http://reboot.pro/topic/19864-boot-uefi-win81updatese-x64-bootwim-bios-grub4dos-easy2boot-from-hidden-partition-of-dual-partition-removable-ufd/#entry184905

Currently I have following configuration in my Removable USB Drive.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Partition 1 - Visible to Windows - 5 GB FAT32 - Storage Purpose

Partition 2 - Invisible to Windows - 9.7 GB FAT32 type Active Partition - Easy2Boot Files with .imgPTN files like 'Win81.imgPTNLBAa'
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

and want to switch into following given Desired Configuration in order to make both 'Boot Manager' and 'Grub4dos' Menu entry on my Dual Partition Removable USB Drive to boot UEFI + BIOS directly from USB with Boot Manager Menu. So that'Boot Manager' menu entry will boot to 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' in both UEFI and BIOS mode while 'Grub4dos'menu entry will boot to 'Easy2Boot' in BIOS
mode only. i.e.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Boot UEFI + BIOS with 'Win8.1UpdateSE x64 boot.wim' direct from Boot Manager Menu into RAMDISK
Boot UEFI - F12 - BIOS - Grub4dos - (Easy2Boot) +/ (Win XP/7/8 VHD - Ramdisk)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Desired Configuration-
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Partition 1 - Visible to Windows - 5 GB exFAT - Contains Win8.1 install ISO + WinNTSetup (BootIce included in tools folder).

Partition 2 - Invisible to Windows - 9.7 GB FAT32 type Active Partition; used UEFI_MULTI to copy 'Win8.1SE_x64 boot.wim' file to root, an several other ISO's to directory Images, and make the boot files and EFI folder also Grub4dos mbr and grldr and make BCD option to boot Grub4dos (E2B) + Easy2Boot Files (All Payload files will be .imgPTN type) + manually added BootIce.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I think above Configuration should work in case of 'Fixed USB Drives', But don't know what will happen in case of 'Removable USB Drive' ?
So please research above Desired Configuration carefully for 'Removable USB Drive' and confirm if it work for 'Removable USB Drive' ?

If above Desired Configuration does not work for 'Removable USB Drive' , then please suggest me some other possible Configurations which my work.............

Note- After booting from USB with 'Win8.1SE_x64 boot.wim' ,I can use portable App 'WinNTSetup_x64.exe'  to mount XP/7/8 Setup ISO ( ISO's of Partition 1 or Internal HDD) in ImDisk Virtual Drive.

Thanks for your precious Support...............
