I used Autoit v3.3.14.2 , no problem, on older versions the problem can be.
Compiled versions in the attached file.

Hi, Lancelot.
By default, letters are ignored XYZ , this can be changed by option /IgnoreLetter XYZ.. .
The script should not change these letters, it's probably my bug, I'll try to fix it.

Without CDUsb.Y marker file, I couldn't get it to work in VM, Win10 installed on c: (Swap letter c: <> Y:)
Here is the log with and without the marker files
