How do I change default keyboard input method? This Dell laptop will not accept Dvorak keyboard input EN-US (wrong letters on key press) only International keyboard input EN-US. Searched for and found Keyboard Layout Changer 1.7.2 to change the global keyboard layout of the running system but it's for Windows 7. I imagine there is a reg key for it but the sites I've browsed were not much help, the most I got out of it was somewhere the key is located in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout] but that is language and not keyboard input. An app maybe? Reg key?

After going through the build I found this little gem: Shell and Config - NumLock On when it should be Off, problem solved.
