Required Programs are Missing Error

I am getting the error when I attempt to build my PE using the Dec. '20 XPE package and Win10 2004:

Any idea what it means?

Any idea what it means?

Well, the tools are there for me, using that same setup, so the most likely cause is that the files are being deleted by your A/V either during the download of the distribution file, it's extraction to the base folder, or the start of running the project.
If you submitted a log it might show what's happening

it is missing the GWT.exe tools

it is missing the GWT.exe tools

could be any one of 11 files missing to give that message, but GWT.exe is the most likely to be incorrectly flagged by an A/V and deleted

I appreciate you all providing me with the input. It was in fact GWT.exe being blocked by Windows Defender. I granted an exception to the file and for good measure to the whole folder housing the XPE package and everything flowed smoothly afterwards.

Glad to hear it's running smoothly for you now, might have saved yourself the agro though, by following the first few lines from the 'Win10XPE - How To Quick Start Guide.pdf' that comes with the project
