New version. * PECMD25-2-14.zip (987.76 kB - downloaded 763 times.)

I have included help.txt in English, but the spacing is not accurate. Have also translated menu to English, can get that on the taskbar with INIT I in pecmd.ini, and c_936.nls in system32. Toggle on and off with ctrl+alt+m.

Thanks SIW2

PCcmd is the shell of win8.1SE
For a fast test I have replaced the old version with this one but it does not work, booting hangs at "Administrator Welcome" screen (x86)

I haven't tried that. I can't see the point of admin pe. Refresh and reset do not work, defeats the object of pe. Not sure why you are having that issue. I haven't made a winbuilder admin 8.1 pe, perhaps it is something to do with the way it logs in ?

I use mainly my own win7 x64 build, though I have also made win8.1 winpe, both boot in as system, though I can switvh to admin , and back as ofetn as I like with my win7 build. Will check if this latest pecmd affects that in any way..

Just did a quick test on my own 7x64 build . Log in a system. OK. Switch to admin. Ok. Launch shell as system. OK. Log off back into admin. OK.

Seems fine here on 7x64 so far.

Could you please let us know what this tool can do? thanks.
It is a preshell loader, which is not mandatory for nt6x but provides some nice features.
shortly, when used, a preshell works, than shell starts

One main feature it is scriptable so one can get advantage of scripting. (like .cmd )

Especially special things they made with mempatching is increadible.  Chinese knows these things very well

There is also V80. Sounds like a lower version number, but this was posted up recently, on 1st March.

Although the build date on v80 x64 is also 25/02/14. I think that means this is the most recent stable version. Only one way to find out.

It is just a simple GUI. * NT6repairx64E.zip (139.48 kB - downloaded 229 times.)

I put it in system32 of my pebuild and make a shortcut to it.

This one works fine with WinSE 8.1 x86.
Thanks again for the translated Pecmd.txt. it  is very useful  to better understand this tool.

Hi SIW2,

I've tested latest pecmd v80-14, it seems to work well in win7,8,8.1 x86/x64
I've updated the "0 - Shell Loader" plugin.

How to get the English menu?
I know some syntaxes but I'm still struggling with the Chinese to read the Pecmd help or to follow the different versions

Hi Chris,

INIT I in pecmd.ini should bring up the tray menu, rt click for menu options. Mostly screen res, which he seems very keen on. Couple of useful functions like eject usb and reset temp folder.

I think you also need to add C_936.nls to system32.

Hi Chirs,

Sorry, think I misunderstood your question. You can change the menu items by opening pecmd.exe with resource hacker. I think your os needs very good Chinese font support to be able to do it.
