ImRamDisk build error

My build machine is a Dell Latitude E5410 running 7 Pro x64. I've been trying most of the day to build various PE images using these tools. First one with directions straight from Microsoft went great, but it gives you nothing but a command prompt which led me to these projects. Tried 8.1 PE SE, and I received an error during the ImRamDisk script portion, halting the build. What's strange is that this also happens with both versions of the executable, on Windows 8, 8.1, and even 7 PE SE. My sources are straight from Digital River / Microsoft and I have tried building with x86 as well as x64, although I'd prefer to use x86.

A portion of my log is pasted below; same error every time. I have attached the whole file to this post. Any help is appreciated.

it works fine here, my only guess your download corrupted,

either get a fresh plugin file:
right click, select download,
http://win81se.cwcodes.net/Projects/Win8.1SE/Tweaks/ImdiskRamdisk.script
put downloaded file to "C:\Win8PE\Win8.1SE_2014-05-26 (1)\Projects\Win8.1SE\Tweaks"

or:
download a fresh zip package (which I just tested and works fine)
http://win81se.cwcodes.net/Compressed/index.php

Thanks for the tips. I will attempt it when I get home tonight, but in the meantime I will state that every time I started the process over, I nuked the entire WinPE directly, and started from total scratch.
