Any else having problems downloading win7pe_se project from: w7pese.cwcodes.net/  always comes back with "access forbidden".

No idea, let Galapo looks quietly for a durable solution 
If it takes time, I could put the packages on a sharing server, temporarily.

Sorry for the inconveniance. My hosting provider is needing me to decrease the amount of calls to the cwcode.net server. The server has been becoming overloaded by the popularity of the SE projects.

I'll let you know if it's going to take a while or whether a solution is possible soon.
