It is possible this question has been covered already but i was unable to find anything on it so sorry ahead of time.

I am wondering if it is possible to remove/change the windows login sound that plays when booting to the WinPE environment. any help would be appreciated

Look at the audio script in Drivers to enable or disable the startup sound or to select your mp3.
