Created a plugin for ShadowProtectPE. It has the ability to use the x86
files in 64 build or the x64 files. It does work better if installed in Ram.
Let me know what you think.  It is only version 1. Hope you enjoy.   :scooter:

Hi Prz42,

In future, open your new plugin topics under

Plugin World »    General Plugins »     Plugins
http://theoven.org/index.php?board=9.0

From Codes I read on your ShadowProtectPE plugin,
I see you fully misunderstand discussion on other topic
http://theoven.org/index.php?topic=686.msg21170#msg21170

Macrium Reflect plugin of KYHI
\Downloads\AppYGS\HD Tasks\Macrium Reflect Free PE v6.1
\Downloads\AppYGS\HD Tasks\Macrium Reflect Home PE v6.1
is much better without registering .au3 and without "special to Win10PESE" adjustments.

There is no plugin on servers that registers .au3, guess why..... and other things....
If you like to get some "ideas" for ready codes, get them from plugins on server....

Anyway, I stop such feedback anymore to old users with having not such free time, It seems nobody reads.
I do not use ShadowProtectPE , I hope plugin is working fine

I did read the message, but being new to using autoit-v3 I might of
needed help in the writing code in that format. I know the program
has a way to convert to .exe. Are you able to convert exe back to
autoit-v3? I tried the program in Win7PESE and it worked fine. If the
program works OK by users I can convert to exe.
Thanks for your help.      :scooter:

Feel free Prz42,

A bit long:
So far I did my best to tutorial proper plugins
with a big set of topics,
 posts
 and Macro Library macros,
 Plugin Creator plugins,
 Plugin Helper plugins,
 feedback to plugin authors
 ........

As a result unlike old bad days when:
*
plugins do not work between projects
(caused by winbuilder authors: not organized projects, bad working common api with wrong syntax,  ..)
==> solved after we create TheOven.org
*
 sometimes work sometimes do not,
(plugin authors wrong codes with the idea "it works before it do not work now what changed" and etc....)
==> not solved on complex plugins since this is result of plugin authors, not to any of us.
I tried to solve this with feedback so I can put them to servers
but it seems some plugin authors need more time to learn and read & understand.
==> only solved on available plugins on server since they are fixed or updated or even rewritten before upload

Everything available to create a proper plugin and all plugins on servers works smoothly giving a good example for new and existing users.
There are enough posts, topics, plugins around for a plugin author to inspect and improve if one wants. :great:

So shortly Again, Feel free Prz42.

A PE plugin for StorageCraft ShadowProtect? That would be great!
I'll have a close look next weekend.

Very easy to do. Has to be in RAM inside the windows folder otherwise the software trips out in certain spots.

Unpack the ISO their bootable media creator makes, unpack the wim, pull the entire StorageCraft folder out of the windows folder. It works standalone, just needs shortcuts. Not as annoying as Acronis ;)

I didn't write a script for it, just pushed it with Additional Files with a .url shortcut on desktop.

Thank you Prz42!

Ooh yeah, I recall an attempt of mine some years ago playing with ShadowProtect in Win7PESE.
But I didn't write a nice plugin like you, merely a rapid proof of concept (which behaved very similarly).

Back then I ended up in the same situation, i.e. two messages when launching ShadowProtect PE:
Firstly, the missing executable X:\Programs\PeNetwork\PeNetwork.exe is criticised (error message).
Afterwards, a time zone must be chosen, too - prior to launch ShadowProtect PE.

To put it mildly, I found it embarrassing doing this on each startup without any option (ini?) to turn it off.
If you're a frequent user of StorageCraft this will surely piss you off ...
