ChrisR catched an interesting thing about 7zip

when 7z.exe used to extract msi files, 4.65 and 9.20 extract different.
this difference effected 7zip script, just fixed and updated (thanks to ChrisR)
well, logically the change with 9.20 is more correct than 4.65, not something to create incompatibilities, 7zip guys really do a good job.  :worship:

Further I checked many scripts around, and only found 7zipscript used 7z.exe to extract msi files (heh), Galapo always wiser using msiexec , but I might miss one or two.

I decide to keep 7zip script continue using 7z.exe for msi, as an insurance script to get aware if again such change occur in future ;).

Happy times

Yep, I prefer the MS way here as I know it should work as expected.
