Adding drivers

But I don't understand what to do, to add more drivers, to  ensure my CD is more compatible for various driver and computers on my LAN.

So:
1) Download for example for W764bit storage and networks drivers from driverpack.
2) Decompress them on Workbench\Common\Drivers_x64\Storage and Workbench\Common\Drivers_x64\Network

first question: is only necessary the Win7 folder or all folders that are decompressed?

3) In Components go check HwPNP. Then check on that screen "Autorun HwPNP on startup" and for WPEint.
4) Build and make ISO burn and test

Other questions
Is all for loading various drivers in case I need to load drivers, or what else I need to do?
After w7pese is loaded, what I need to eventually load drivers I need?

Is not true, I'm on other 4 forums and still havn't a trace of solution, or same of similar of step-by-step guide.

I've burned out about 100CD becasue in virtual environment or not work, or result arn't like phisical pc.

Winbuilder 80, so W7PESE, is derivated from Winbuilder or more similar use most of winbuilder.

Last wednesday for a question in my Office 365 environment, after open a ticket i was called after 45 minutes. But, of course, that is a Business and $$$$$ program.
I Understand that is an open project and I can't have an extensive support, but after about 2 month 200 readings, no one give an answer is very sadly.

since 2 months, many feedbacks and many plugins updated,
even yesterday, JFX announced wow64 updated provided by yamingw, and plugin updated by ChrisR,

checking log, 429 updates (only logged ones) on Win7PESE since the start of September ( 2015 09 04 )

It appears you are trying to build a driver database - so your 7PE can be used on a number of hosts...

The problem is you do not want to included them ALL into your PE as that requires a larger boot.wim and more system memory...

My advice would be to create a "Drivers" folder on the USB and after you boot into 7PE you can then point device manager to look in that folder...

with the current versions of PE - once booted into PE, I just point Device Manager to look for Drivers on the Host drive...

And I also use DISM to export the host drivers into the "Drivers" folder on the USB (which becomes a portable driver database)..

With win7 you can use DoubleDriver plugin

You are saying me that, I can "load" drivers in the when I'm in the PE Environment?
It cant be a bad idea. My  goal is load the right "NETWORK DRIVER", supposing SATA drivers are ok, and next save files or backup via network.

If you experiment with DoubleDriver plugin and driver integration plugin
You will see that DD will export and import windows 7 drivers...

In that case, how I can integrate in the iso a specific driver and make a specific W7PE for similar PC?

Driver integration is rather easy with win8.1/10 via the plugin...
In your case with a "Drivers" folder > you would use the "Copy Custom Folder" Option on the Copy Files plugin..
That will create the ISO with your Drivers folder sitting on the root drive

I also think the option is there on the PostConfig plugin > to include a folder on the root..

But you really do not all those driver in the Boot.wim > you want them on the root of the USB

And using a W7x64 ORIGINAL ISO, I Put only the x64 drivers file in the right folder.

But them aren't loaded and in the ISO either.
Wich is my mistake? I need to do something else, other than load drivers at startup?

How are you getting the Drivers for Win7 that you are putting into the x64 Drivers folder??
I have just 1 sub-folder in mine and it contains the driver inf


in that x64 drivers folder you should have a sub-folder for every driver

from your Host 7 PC - use DD and export host drivers - you will see the sub-folder break down

I have use DD exported driver and placed the driver sub-folder into the integration x64 folder..
Some loaded correctly and other did not.. I also have not used Win7PE

How are you getting the Drivers for Win7 that you are putting into the x64 Drivers folder??

2 ways:
First try: from Driverpacks, decompressing the 7z file.
Second try: extracting them from OS, or download from the OEM Productor (for example Broadcom).
