When attempting to run remote regedit an error dialog pops up as the subject line says...

It happens solely on x64. On x86 its just fine.

Yes authz.dll is required in SysWoW64 for windows 8.1, I added it in wow64 script. It is on server.

Just a note,
authz.dll is a special file that is required by services.exe (critical) which is responsible for any thing after some initial point,
things to run without services.exe are elementary (basic, core, base, root)

It was documented at MacroLibrary
(in practice: to help verrrry minimal builds by using at core build plugins)
with
Require,File,Services.exe

after long time, tested and verified, authz.dll requirement added to
Require,File,Regedit.exe  :thumbsup:
