Problem; Added TextCrawler (free) Plugin not startable from USB

I have added approx 15 plugins successfully to my WinXPE10 project v16.01.2021, PEBakery v0.9.7beta7 from 28.08.2020 and Win2004 as source.

All of them work except one: TextCrawler free (not Pro) available from here:

I have installed it in the past on a "normal" USB flash drive and can launch it on various computers with no problem.
So the original installation is completely portable.

As for all the other programs I compressed the TextCrawler folder content into a *.7z file and converted it with the XPE Packed Plugin Creator
(see attached zip archive).
The two created *.script files are added during Win10XPE generation without errors.

But when I boot the Win10XPE USB flash drive  and double click on the TextCrawler shortcut on Desktop the program crashes with an error popup:
"The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000135). Click OK to close the application.

Why?

with a quick check, no investigation, TextCrawlerPro runs in PE but TextCrawlerFree doesn't

tested yesterday, you need to enable .NET Framework 2.0-3.5 Support in XPE and added some missing file from it...
use ProcessMonitor ... (and add mscoree.dll to read event...)
didnt start yet but now less missing :)

or more precisely: how do I add (in PEBakery) the mecoree.dll file into
<windows>/SysWOW64/
