TeamViewer Remote control any computer or Mac over the internet within seconds

Here TeamViewer comes with version 6.0.10511 which works in the PE.
It seems to be the last functional version in this environment.
Outside switching user to admin, versions 7 and 8 do not seem to work in PE. A subject that often comes

Script created in the base with PC Packed (Plugin Creator Packed in Utils folder) then adapted to the needs.

33 languages are available, the option 'All Language' takes 43 Mb and the language is auto selected in PE in this case.

Example of TeamViewer in action, here take remote control of Win7pese with a file transfer, it could also be the reverse.

Edit: Dependencies added, thanks Lancelot

Edit: TeamViewer v9.x for Win8.1SE OS build Only, with the Administrator logon. For others PE use TeamViewer v6.0.10511 plugin or other tools like Ammyy Admin,...
TeamViewer v9

Thanks ChrisR,

Available last working copy of TeamViewer is quite important,
aside with this , now we have all Remote Connection possibilities on PE  :great:

I hope one day an easy way of fooling with run-as-admin figured out  :great:

I put a copy to Yomi too

See You

Hello to all, my newbie post with basic questions... :embarrassed:

Where to find Teamviewer version 6.0.10511 for this plugin?
Teamviewer.com shows only newer 6.x versions...

And: How to add this Teamviewer.Script to Winbuilder Win7PE?

Thx in advance...

Ok, with Yomi help i get it installed...

But:
If trying to connect to a newer version of Teamviewer (e.g. 8.x) Teamviewer in Win7PESE want's to upgrade itself to a newer, compatible version. How to solve this issue?

Connect to newer versions are not possible?

Thx...

Well since the idea behind this plugin is providing last possible Teamviewer that works on PE

Later versions do not like running under System User (=PE)
maybe you can figure out a way ????

or maybe post to Teamviewer to get their software run on PE :)

Alternatively, we have Ammy Admin 3 and 3.1 plugins on Gena (\Apps\Network\Remote Connect),
It will be easy for you since you are already experienced with Yomi
+download like what you did with Yomi from Gena server this time (it is on your server list :)),
+After download use WinXPE SE->"Share Scripts"->'Get links from' button

Although I like Ammy Admin a lot, I hope Teamviewer developers make future update to get it work on PE, well I guess some years passed since latest TV not working on PE but hope is hope

Indeed, it is not possible to connect from version 6 to the version 8
but it is possible to do it the other direction from a Host with TV 8.0 to a Remote PE with version 6.0.10511P.

Otherwise , try Army admin alternative present in the good Yomi

Hello folks.

Out of curiousity, has anyone tried a Cameyo approach to forcing a Teamviewer 8 build into being a "portable" build and trying it in the WinPE?

Jumped the gun. Sorry guys.

Answer is even simpler:

Use the Version 6 from Hiren's Boot CD. Currently using version 15.2 of HBCD and that one will load, and work with TeamViewer version 8 full (on a seperate machine) from the WinPE environment.

At least it is from my build. No promises on other builds.

Thanks

It seems ok, its an extra ~74k expanded into %temp% (memory) and does not seem to have a negative effect if all files are present (Both folders).  Outlook and printing files are unnecessary as they are for local integration.  PE does not have working printer support or working outlook plugin.  The entire application is compressed down to less than half its size in this version as well (reduced by  ~68mb)

Normal Teamviewer Plugin (107mb)
This TeamViewer Plugin (39mb) - And your USB can be unplugged while its running, even if its run from CD/USB

--

I have a fix for the welcome screen I'm going to post soon I'll look again  to see if there's anything that will be needed from this method just to be sure..

**Edit: These numbers are wrong, will update in next post, thanks for having me look closer..

Hi Bob.omb

There is a general TeamViewer (684 KB) plugin on the server (Yomi) which still works fine with TeamViewer 14
I just added your registry entries, updated Title (Title=TeamViewer 12 - 14 ...)  and upload to server.

Bob,
There is a portable version of teamviewer - that does not require Registry Settings..
https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerPortable.zip

To Others,
It appears teamviewer is not looking for "Administrator" account
Although it is looking for a "User" account that is not present..

Does the XPE version download from your link?

I'm on the fence on which way to go... SFXC version or download version..

SFXC version total size is 16mb - Regular plugin using download option is 77mb

The SFXC version may not make the server.  Most likely server version will download latest, and SFXC version will remain 3rd party upload here in thread..

For those who would like to use the smaller SFXC version - Updated to v5

Nothing new:

"TeamViewer 12 - 14 ..." plugin uses
portable version of teamviewer.....
and can be updated with a download button since I guess 2017.10.22 ...

ps: Chris plugin uses "setup file",
I prefer "portable file" with the registry entries, registry entries not required but good to keep all in one place,
and one day they can be prefered for a reason and someone can prefer setup file and use ready lines....

Nothing new:
Since sometime 2013 and probably before.

Anything other than System account.. we already know since after TeamViewer 6 ...

Later versions do not like running under System User (=PE)
