Win7PE non mi riconosce i lettori Cd/DVD

Ho fatto una versione di Win7Pe su una pendrive che funziona perfettamente tranne che non mi rileva le unità ottiche dei Cd-Rom/DVD sata.

 

Che posso fare ?

I made a version of Win7Pe on a pendrive which works perfectly except that I did not detect the optical drive in sata CD-ROM/DVD.
