is there a solution now? I have exactly the same problem. The error message comes with Win10PESE and also with Win8.1SE. Both ISOs loaded with> Windows ISO Downloader <, AntiVirus completely disabled, folder on system disk (C) with 4 characters (Windows 7 x64, SSD)
I'm grateful for any help ...
