On Some Script There some lines which give error saying file not found like EXTRACTSECTION.EXE. The path given for file is %GTools% but this file not fount in the list. From Where Can I get this file or is there any alternation program for this.

I'm guessing your trying to run a Win10XPE plugin in Win10PESE, fortunately, that plugin is available for both projects.

 You are not only one who like to play such game in history, not a new discovery, only people who think they are "very clever with a superiority complex" play such games on forums, allowed on none development (generic) forums since it increase total post # ---> $ (you feel clever, they earn money)

The plugin was indeed an XPE plugin and the project PESE.
APT's response was probably more precise but with both answers, it's even clearer.

I saw James maintenance plugins diligently.
in my opion, it is good things for others, but not who did it.
update 3rd application plugin is no challenge, repetition work, it should get bored for it ...

If you got borned, take time to do some relax. it is OK.

I wonder why they can't be shared, update once for all, as APPs' binary is almost same for every windows, and those projects are maked by same WinBuilder.
only the system dlls* missing need do extra fixed as I thought.
and there are must to be  simple way to update them.

What James do with XPEplugins diligently is, converting plugins to XPEplugins with his name on them, because of fabricated incompatibility, as you mention not required at all.
James do not like others conversion if there is history info about original plugins with name especially Lancelot and diligently reconvert plugin again... 
(James like to call this: taking liberty of reconverting plugin  )
After converting enough plugins to XPEplugins, next step obviously would be jumping to other project topics and I was waiting at the gate for the expected. 
And expected start to happen, even expected reaction also.

James very clearly follows Peter Schang & Nuno Brito way.
 First have allies and kick others who are against,
 Second kick out allies who does not fit your goals.
   Current somewhere at First stage.

James kind of actions long story I know since BartPE but mostly with winbuilder developers.
(I was too young when BartPE was being developed but after some years I read some of related topics.... ) ,
 I was around at winbuilder mid development, in which Peter Schang & Nuno Brito finished stage 1 and coming to stage 2 on their goals. (but failed as expected by me) )
  Still most do not aware how they killed winbuilder.
