Question about "PortableApps"

I'm just created and run a win8.1SE_x86.iso. It work normally until I open PortableApps Platform and I have error "can connect to network server"  although I have NetworkPE and Opera12 still working perfect. So my question is:
- How can I fix that error?
-  Is there any way to add a Portable app or orther App direct to WinPE.iso and those apps can run from PortableApps Platfrom?

***And, it there any way to add Flash player to Opera12?

There is already flash player,
 "Add Flash" on Opera 12 plugin available ,
   maybe flash version get old !?
