Noel,
I took at Shot of the Registry in PE...
Here is what happened in the registry after launching Printer Support...
You will notice that several existing registry entries where deleted and then re-written...

* PrinterSupport.RedoReg.txt (810.85 kB - downloaded 13 times.)

Also I included a list of new files..

* PrinterSupport_WhatChanged_Snapshot_Files.TXT (5.45 kB - downloaded 15 times.)

I should note > Win10-18632 x64 source

Pretty Much the issue has been resolved...
As the unknown testing parameter was the use of "Full Driver Hive"
The Required Registry Entries were missing due to XPE not using the 'Full Driver Hive"
