I can boot into my Win10XPE USB Drive no problem, and have access to all of the Mods, but I am unable to see the Host's Drives and any other subsequent drive partitions.

I have exported and Integrated all of my host Storage Drivers (at least I think I did, it stated during the Build Core and takes a considerable amount of time), but I'm still unable to get my USB drive to see the Host drives. If I create a Win10XPE drive from the beginning with no apps, I'm able to see the Host Drives, but for some reason when I seem to add more Mods/Apps it seems to crap out.

I'm ripping my hair out with this (I've been at this a few hours everyday since last Thursday), I never had trouble when I built my Win7PE drive. Is there some Universal UEFI Storage driver I can use, I even tried using the DISM++, and Easy DISM, but I am unfamiliar with these tools. I have over 30 years in the IT field and I think I'm pretty good at building this tool, and know my way around a computer, I have over 10 years of programming as well, but that was over 20 years ago.

Slowly add Apps until you find the one cause the Issue...

@James & @Sentira :

Same here & a few others! Can you attach good snaps of Disk Management from within the problematic boot ? It will be helpful to all of us. It may be further helpful to know what are the other things we are missing!

( Just to Mention : Integrating storage drivers in Win 10 boot.wim ? My friend it's not worth! )

Thanks & Regards. ...

Queries :

1. Did you enable Switch to Admin & had problems thereafter ?

2. What do you see when you click This PC in the problematic boot ?

Just to Mention :

Disks Attached : Internal GPT disk, External ( multi partitioned ) MBR disk & the pen drive booted in UEFI mode.

1. Disk Management : All the disks are showing as offline disks whether UEFI ( GPT ) or MBR.
2. Disk Management : There is an exclamation mark next to all the disks in Disk Management which says '' The Disk
is offline because of policy set by an admin
''
3. Disk Management : Only two partitions are showed in the default view that's from the Disk 0 ( GPT Disk ) which are
   the very first gpt partitions : 400MB ( Recovery ) & 260MB ( EFI )

4. Only one volume in ''List Volume'' command which is the empty DVD ( MBR ) drive ( with D: drive letter ).
( Obviously no other partition is assigned a drive letter )

5. This PC : Lists only three drives/ partitions : X: ( boot ), B: ( RamDisk ) & the D: ( Empty DVD drive). Nothing for pen drive & multiple partitions from the internal & external hard disks.

6. The apps which were set to ''Run from USB'' do not offer any shortcuts on desktop, etc.

7. Online Disk command(s) make pen drive visible in This PC folder with c: letter. Then the apps which were set to run from USB, can be manually accessed & run. The shortcuts are still missing for those apps.

8. Online Disk command does not work always for pen drive & sometimes say :
Virtual Disk Service Error : The Object Is Not Found

Thanks & Regards. ...

Probable Reasons : I think Switch to Admin and / or  HD Tasks app(s) is / are the cause!

I found the Solution....

I needed to copy the
    C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\disk.sys
    C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\EhStorClass.sys
    C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\partmgr.sys

to the "Copy Drivers Here" section, and now I am able to see the Host local drives

Now, I just need to set focus to the Host Registry, since some programs don't load the Host Hive/Registries and when I run MalwareBytes or CCLeaner, it never finds anything since it is not focused on the Host Drive

Thank you for the help, and for being such a pest.

The project extracts those 3 files already.. File Version based upon Source version...

But it wasn't working, now it works with all my tools I have added, before, it would load, and allow my tools to run, but no local Host drives were visible.

Not sure how your File Placement in - "Copy Drivers Here" would work..
But it works for you...

I am sorry. Please excuse my ignorance. The sole purpose was to make out what is exactly happening on the other side & if it coincides with one of mines.

Updates in the evening in the original thread : Win10XPE Project General Discussions

Thanks & Regards. ...

Does it mean that those drivers were corrupted by some additions ? I have seen some 3rd party Imaging & Partitioning software installing there own drivers.
