Updating Memtest86+ to version 5.01

Hi,
The project includes version 4.20.
When I tried adding the version 5.01 ISO as an ISO image, trying to load this ISO on boot results in a freeze.
Is there a way to replace the version 4.20 image with version 5.01? Or maybe a way to make the version 5.01 ISO boot to load smoothly after all?

I should mention that I have experienced multiple occasions where memtest 5.01 gives a false positive for bad memory.

Generally if the memory passes memtest 5.01, it's fine, but if it fails memtest 5.01, it doesn't necessary mean the ram is faulty.

I'd say stick to 4.20, or better yet, start using windows memory diagnostic, which seems to be just as reliable and runs in UEFI mode (memtest 5.01 does not run in uefi mode).

passmark memtest (http://www.memtest86.com/) also has a uefi version of their software.
