your error is most likely to be resolved by updating the innounp.exe to v49 see

download the exe in link above and replace the one in \Projects\Tools with it

ps click on 'Requires Innounp 0.49 Update' in the above link and extract from the 7z file

The Innounp update is now included in Today's Project Release
