USB ejct mode not function

Dear all

I found out
Unable to eject USB after i insert the USB flash drive. Any solution to fixed it ?

Also unable to find the option to hidden file and folder setting for explorer. please help thanks

For first:
use Galapo's Flush, after flushin your USB flash drive, you can just eject nicely by hand :)
A plugin already available on Gena (Apps\System Tools), can be used by Win7PESE easly (Share Scripts) 
This is what I mostly do when I travel around 

For 2nd:
I think there is not such an option, if you find required registry let us know.
