Title: Replace windows recovery with your favorite WinPE

extract the boot.wim from sources in the iso of your favorite winpe.
Rename it to winre.wim
 
Goto C:\Recovery\WindowsRE  and replace the current winre.wim with your more normal one.
You may need to take ownership of it before it'll let you do it. Restart, now when you press F10
your PE will boot up by default.
