Merhaba Lancelot,

Quote
as far as I know, there is no LSP-MultiPE anymore and only 1 "LSP-Win7PE"

Yes and no, wait until next autumn.

Just came to my mind,
Maybe it is better to give a unique name to a new project, MultiPE is not a good name (not unique + wrong meaning) even at first times it was used years ago and later when it was used with LSP I guess.
  eg. MaineCoonPE

Merhaba Lancelot,

Thanks for the hint, is in fact an unwanted situation.
Did not know anything of a previous existing project.

Will think about a proper name.

Hi Kare,
I tested your HostNetDrv tool, it is fast and very interesting.

But then, I have a problem with the integration with dism /Add-Driver

Code: [Select]
Installing 1 of 4 - E:\_WinPE\Win10XPE_Dev\Custom\x64\Drivers\Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Wireless Network Adapter\oem31.inf:
Error - An error occurred. The driver package could not be installed.
For more information, check for log files in the <windir>\inf folder of the target image
.

setupapi.offline.log
Code: [Select]
!!!  flq:      Error installing file (0x00000002)
!!!  flq:      Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.
!    flq:           SourceFile   - 'E:\_WinPE\Win10XPE_Dev\Custom\x64\Drivers\Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Wireless Network Adapter\eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i_highTX.bin'
!    flq:           TargetFile   - 'E:\_WinPE\Win10XPE_Dev\Target\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\oem31.inf_amd64_82aaf2e4080b4267\eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i_highTX.bin'
!!!  cpy:      Failed to copy file 'E:\_WinPE\Win10XPE_Dev\Custom\x64\Drivers\Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Wireless Network Adapter\eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i_highTX.bin' to 'E:\_WinPE\Win10XPE_Dev\Target\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\oem31.inf_amd64_82aaf2e4080b4267\eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i_highTX.bin'. Error = 0x00000002

After copying the 3 following bin files, the driver package was successfully installed
Code: [Select]
eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA344i_highTX.bin
eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i.bin
eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i_highTX.bin

Here is the driver, extracted by HostNetDrv, the new one (OK) and setupapi.offline.log
* Drivers.7z (1259.03 kB - downloaded 9 times.)

I hope you will be able to do something. I am available to test, if you need

Where did you copy the correct ones from?

eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA344i_highTX.bin
eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i.bin
eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i_highTX.bin

Check whether the files exist in the System32 / Drivers folder.

Does it import with just one file ( eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA344i_highTX.bin ) ?

Kare

Thank you for looking at

They are copied from Dism.exe /online /Export-Driver, folder netathr10x.inf_amd64_4839dabdc06958ac

otherwise, the 4 files are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Qualcomm Atheros\drivers\  (also in DriverStore)
eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA344i.bin
eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA344i_highTX.bin
eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i.bin
eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i_highTX.bin

And only eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA344i.bin exist in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\
The 3 other bin files are only in  C:\Program Files (x86)\Qualcomm Atheros\drivers\ (and in DriverStore). They do not exist in System32 or in System32\drivers (I searched on C:\)

All 4 files are required for Drivers integration, look at setupapi.offline.log
I added the files one after the other until it was good:
Driver Integration > Add: eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA344i_highTX.bin
Driver Integration > Add: eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i_highTX.bin
Driver Integration > Add: eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA345i.bin
Driver Integration > Exit status: SUCCESS

Not the same version but you will find the original Acer package here Aspire VN7-571G - Wireless LAN Driver (NFA344)

* setupapi.offline.log.txt (56.75 kB - downloaded 4 times.)

Additional info,
devcon.exe driverfiles =Net @PCI\* > %Temp%\HostNetDrivers.txt
Code: [Select]
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_003E&SUBSYS_080411AD&REV_20\4&3390ABB5&0&00E3
Name: Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Wireless Network Adapter
Driver installed from C:\WINDOWS\INF\oem31.inf [ATHR_DEV_OS63_988x_AC_NFA344.ndi]. 3 file(s) used by driver:
        C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\Qcamain10x64.sys
        C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\qca61x4_1_1_2.bin
        C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA344i.bin

Same in Device Manager > Driver Details

I guess only eeprom_ar6320_2p1_NFA344i.bin is needed for my Network Adapter and thus present in System32\drivers
But that all 4 bin files are required for Dism /Add-Driver, for other adapters. I guess it's not going to be easy
