windows wireless not working

i made a custom pxe build, and it all works fine, but for some reason wifi only works with PE NEtwork Manager, does not work with windows wireless app.
i can not find an option to use one or the other. i would like to remove the windows wireless app or remove the PE NEtwork Manager (if the windows one does work)

PENetwork is required for Wifi
The Network Tray Icon is because you added Network Additions (just shows connection status - does not make connection)
