Just tested (Techbench) 19041.508 & MS MCTool 19041.572 both booted properly to a Visible desktop..
What are your selected options ?? so as to try other scenario's

It is indeed interesting to know your options, selected plugins... 
The log (Enable support log on main script) would be nice also, to try to reproduce

ps: It's good to be able to support 20H2 but you have to know that 20H2 is a bit tricky with a different version between winre.wim and install.wim. 20H1 is more consistent.

I had to download windows 10 2004 as I replaced with windows 10 20h2 anyway
Just tried Window 10 2004 (20h1) 1941.264 with Project 20/11/2020 and still got black desktop

No, something up with all that... As 19041.264 never had an Issue
your log is also just a single run of the core - you also need to enable Create ISO...
Use "Basic Build" and the Big Blue Play button

Yes bit confused myself why Windows 20h1 did not work with project 20/11/2020 as you found not issue
So I completely started again from scratch with Windows 20h1 and 20/11/202 project
Good news its works perfect now

Sorry for the x-post... I did not realize I was on a different thread...

I know this project is for the Desktop PE, but I am trying to make the Server PE work.  Running into the same black screen issue even with the updated Explorer.Script.  Anyone have experience getting Server PE to work, suggestions to try, or am I just wasting my time?

"Server PE"?  What "Server PE"?  Win10 is Win10...  Sounds like new legs for the M$ Win NT Desktop vs Server scam...  ;-)

Windows Server 2019 has a PE as well.  I need the driver base from the Server edition for my project.
