Can a plugin add to PE %PATH%

I'm using Win7PE SE and the DiskCryptor plugin configured to run from RAM

The DiskCryptor files are placed in X:\Programs\DiskCryptor by the script

When I am booted into the PE and try to run the DiskCryptor dccon.exe executable from the cmd prompt it says command not found.

The problem is that the folder X:\Programs\DiskCryptor is not in the system PATH.

Is there any way to add to the system PATH in a script?
