Removed screensaver: Please wait ... (no longer needed)
The main window appears almost immediately after launching the application. (some antiviruses will calm down)
Excluded from the code of incal control of the position of gadgets when the main window is resized.
The position of the gadgets is calculated personally for each. (the good of them a little)
The position of the window in INI is preserved, including the unfolded state (the function has been completely redone)

Great work APT, thanks for the update - had customer with locked account on Monday and all usual tools (NTPWEdit etc) just wouldn't work, changed password but still couldn't login.  Used Windows Login Unlocker and changed account to a local account, reset password and logged on fine - saved the day! so thanks for sharing
