How do I correct this issue? x64 win8 is the source

Are you using x64 Non-European Host?

My computer is Windows 8.1 Pro x64 Korean, and facing same error (due to Wimutil.exe).
JFX is now aware of this bug, and it hope it will be fixed soon.

If that's the case, try to set Wim Tools to 'ImageX', not Auto or Wimutil.
