Win8.1 se problem

that is yet another bug of winbuilder,

use Utils\Update XXX (Exact and Secure)

to update files from server,

ps: be sure you don't have personal files on project folder, on your case : ..\Projects\Win8.1SE\

I nearly never use this download of winbuilder, knowing it has bugs 

use Utils\Update XXX (Exact and Secure) to update in future
