Title: User Account Picture Not Appearing

In the latest XPE build when used with Win10 2004, the User Account Picture for some reason does not appear when I copy it into the User Account Picture folder and replace it with the existing one. For some reason the default picture still appears even though it has been deleted from the folder. There is an AccountPicture file in the folder that I have never seen before in previous packages, so I am not sure if that has something to do with it or not.

Because MS changed the User Picture Format extension to .accountpicture-ms

copy your User Profile Picture (File) from >
\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures\ 

Into \Win10XPE\Custom\UserAccountPicture
and rename (File) to AccountPicture

Note the ( .accountpicture-ms ) Extension is hidden
