OCCT

Since there is no OCCT plugin for the xxPE (SE) project here is my version,
idea and useful info is from KYHI Initial XPE Plugin,
plugin is not for Gena, OCCT is 64-Bit - only > only for 64-Bit Builds,
demands .NET Framework, automatically detects is std. DotNet or alternative DotNet_S is selected,
automatic detection can be overridden,
detect and report program version,
...

Tested on Win10PE SE and x64 source.

Any comment and suggestion is welcome

ps: I notice there is not used Image.jpg inside Plugin

Who expected them to release a new version so soon ?

everything works with the older version of the plugin,
same program dl. link,
the changes are just a name i.e. cosmetics,
rename OCCT5.Script to OCCT.Script

Those who use the program in a business environment should study the changelog.
