Title: Default Browser

Is there a way to set the default browser in the XPE build in the PECMD.ini file? I am attempting to open up a third-party portable app that runs from a folder within the build, but it needs to be able to access a default web browser to update itself. When I hit the update button on said app I am met with the "OpenWith.exe - Class Not Registered" error.
