Hi

I lack understanding, how and where are stored for example program sample files (accessable from program File menu-> Sample files) links in registry or...?
When I install program to RAM, links are working, when to Y: they dont. But logically, if you can choose, where to install it in normal environment, for example to another partition, then they work.
I have traced all registry entries at install process, what I can and at this moment I dont find anything that could be helpful.

Help files are another problem. Some programs open them from Help menu->Contents (or Help Topics), most doesnt. I have added xCHM to my Win7PESE project. I know that there is different help file formats.

When You do not write a reproducable post it can be ignored....

as far as I can guess,
inside PE or normal windows , you can not install to Y: when Y: is cd rom...

Still another un reproducable way of writing....

as far as I can guess,
SumatraPDF opens different help file formats, SumatraPDF plugin available....
