Plugin for all settings related to the UserPreferencesMask

"Tweak UserPreferencesMask"
 Plugin main goal is to research UserPreferencesMask values easily ( still one can also use plugin to add UserPreferencesMask value )

Information found with "Tweak UserPreferencesMask" used with "Tweak Mouse", "Tweak Visual Effects", "Tweak Language Bar" Plugins and probably some other plugins in future (or I forgot the others for today)

As far as I know, "Tweak UserPreferencesMask" is the only complete list of UserPreferencesMask values on the internet, if not let me know.

Out of Box:
 Use "Read HostOS" Button to read your Windows settings  and give info which Bits enabled on your Windows

Out of Box:
 "Read TextBox" Button to test UserPreferencesMask values you find on the Internet.

 "MessageBox Text" Button to test current settings on Plugin (nothing written) and give lots of info.

Plugin UI :

numbers at the left of each option (checkbox) is BitNo
eg.

16 Hide cursor while typing

"BitNo 16" controls "Hide cursor while typing"

If there is a number(s) at the right of an option,  It shows there is a relation of that Bit with other Bit
eg.

1 Menu animation -9

"BitNo 1" is "Menu animation" and there is relation with "BitNo 9" ("BitNo 9" is how "Menu animation" work: Slide or Fade)

If there is a letter "V" at the right of an option, It shows there is relation with "Visual Effects"
eg.

9 Fade or slide menus into view (Menu fade) -1 -V

"BitNo 9" has a relation with "BitNo 1" (Enabled BitNo 9 only works with Enabled BitNo 1)
and have a relation with "Visual Effects" value (If value not 3 result depends on other values ... )

Plugin have all 64 bit optional with undefined ones. So one can easily define undefined bits in the future.
Let me know if you define an undefined bit.

Tip: "Read HostOS" Button show enabled bits but if bit undefined without info
