Newest Project Download Faills to Boot PE

Updated Win8.1se project this morning using project download button - and now it fails to boot..

DDE Server Windows Explorer.exe System Warning
Unknown Hard Error
Can only hit enter to acknowledge message then notta

win8.1 host - win8.1 x64 OS to ram build - same as always have many time before...

Dang it.. Been testing scripts and doing a lot of comparing of files and reg entries.. so this is a very recent issue..

Was trying to test out some Start8 functions on win8.1 build - and no win8.1 bootable PE - testing Start10 on win10 has its limits

Re-applied Zip version 2015-09-12 and the issue was solved..
so something happened between now and then..

As far as I remember, Chris made some updates on server without version change,
which you will fail with project download button,

As adviced earlier use Utils\"Update XXX Exact and Secure"

to get exactly all files from server
