Hi Lancelot

I will do a comparison test between MSPE and Automountdrives. In a quick look MSPE is equal to "Automountdrives+showdrive" but in performance wise we have to wait and see. In a couple of days i will post my experiment's results

For mounting USB HDD MSPE and automountdrives works in the same way. In my tests i like MSPE cos it can also mount hidden partitions by default and we can control it's behavior using command line switches. On the other hand Automountdrives didn't offers any command line switches and it can't mount hidden partitions. New MSPE is way better with numerous bug fixes. Only problem remaining is WD passport issue but that may got fixed in the next version.

Thanks for the report anshad

Yep I like MSPE more, good to see verified by a pc-tech  :great:

I hope you happen to test some other usb disks one day (like wd_.. ) (I mean similar failure)
and report http://theoven.org/index.php?topic=230

Since Kare is more focused on other programming areas....
More failure reports (or feature requests) by real end users (we do not postgame with fakeid member here ;))
motivates Kare more on development of MSPE  :ymca:
