Hoger has released version 58 beta 9 of PENM

There is a small problem with Add driver ( /drvcopy ) :
Line-1: Error: Variable used without being declared.
The variable $sVersion in line 1316 of PENetwork_v0.58.B9.au3 is declared just after.
Otherwise the Win7pese script is ready (pending), added:
- buttons for PENetwork License and AutoIt3 EULA
- Start mode: 0 - Don't show, 1 - Center (default), 2 - TopLeft, 3 - TopRight, 4 - BottomLeft, 5 - BottomRight, 6 - Depends on systray position
