USB 3.0 work as 2.0

Hello to all,
Tell me why the transfer speed is limited to about 20M/b per second. I tried on different PC Laptop with usb3.0 port. It is necessary to add drivers, Win 10 like the default works with USB 3.0.

The speed issue is only one way, when writing to USB... Read speeds are correct..

Still trying to figure this one out..
