Hi friends,

Please help. The "quartz.dll" file does not want to register. During registration he writes OK but is not registered.
Don't know what to do with it?
(win 10 1909 x64)

that dll should be present and exist in both the system32 & syswow64 folders.. As a required file
It is also included as part of components/DirectX if enabled..

You have not stated what doesn't work...
In other words how do we duplicate "doesn't work"

Hi, James
Thank you very much for your help.

I think my webcam doesn't work because of that.
But when we are dealing with it, I pointed out that the microphone is not working in the new WinPE builds. Or is it only my problem?

Hi James,

hmm, in 14393 the microphone worked (and sometimes the camera). In win 8.1 everything went smoothly.
Thanks for the reply. I'll try...

Have you tried using "Full Win10 Software Hive"
As with 19608 - I show Microphone Connection & Working Driver..
Although No Sound Bar Movement - ie Mic Input

Yes, I did.
Microphone is installed, all drivers are loaded but not working. It just wants to "turn it on".

I have read that the microphone is muted by default in new builds. Ie. on the installation media is turned off. Turns on in the GUI in worked system. I was looking for the corresponding registry entry, but without success.
