As the guys say, you really only need ONE version of the Macrium Rescue disk. I would boot it to each machine, if it can see the disk and touch the network then all should be OK, it will work in either machine and restore an image to either.
If it CAN'T see the disk or network, you may have an issue, especially if you rely on pulling your image across the network.
What I ahve done for mine is create a rescue ISO for each machine and used Easy2Boot on a stick, I have a bunch of ISOs on this, Linux distros, PE versions and both my Macrium Rescue ISOS. I simply choose which one I want to use at boot time and use it to restore the image. NIC drivers don't appear in the other ISO and I pull my images across the network. I could load th edrivers into the OTHER ISO but this is just easier for me.
