bsod shortly after boot

I have been using a build of Win7PESE for a long time with no problems.

Build
source Win7 SP1 32bit
build machine Lenovo G550  64 bit
8 gig ram

I have used the bootable usb on may different machines with no problems.
Yesterday I tried to use it on a new Dell
Win 7 64 bit
quad core
and shorty after boot after the desktop icons have been displayed I get a bsod with this message,

stop: 0x0000007e (0x0000005, 0x8932e33d, 0x8a3b5968, 0x8a3b5540)

pcw.sys address 8932e33d base at 89327000, date tamp 4a5bbf0e

any ideas???

Apparently the conflict s between usb 3.0 support and the new I7 processor as describe in a thread on reboot pro.
I unchecked the native usb boot box, reran the build and the conflict was resolved.
