I found this : work 100%

extract menu.lst  from win8.1se iso
chage timeout  from 1 to 30
save

Timeout 30
default 0
gfxmenu /GFX-BOOT.GFX

Hi mrabdalkadr

or i guess it would be much simpler to change that timeout in the 'create iso' plugin in the 'Finals' section. It's in the Multiboot options
on the right hand side and then hit the Create new ISO button or pref. build it that way in the first place

on a prebuilt one you could also edit the menu.1st file in the ISO\TI folder and then rebuild the iso from FINALS-Create ISO plugin
